		<description>This is an excellent video.  Do not be fooled by its simplicity.  I have been using the exact exercises in this video for the past 3 months now.  As a result I am much stronger and a whole lot more defined.</description>

Not been to the gym for 6 weeks as a result. this type of traning may help me get back to it. do you only do one set of each exercise per workout? and you can do this more than once a day?</description>
